This 12-day private safari is completely excellent for honeymooners, having accommodation in luxury lodges with an intimate atmosphere. You will explore the best of Tanzania in this all- inclusive package.
You will visit Tanzania’s most renowned game parks, including the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater conservancy before continuing to Zanzibar for some days enjoying the white palm fringed beaches in your beach resort on Zanzibar.
This itinerary starts at Kilimanjaro Airport and ends on Zanzibar Airport.
Tanzania Honeymoon Safari 12 days – Itenerary:
Day 1. Arrival ( Kilimanjaro Airport – Arusha )
On arrival day at JRO you will be met by our representative and get transferred to Arusha for overnight at your hotel
Meals plan:
Bed and Breakfast.
Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, drive to Tarangire NP, enjoy full day game drive with picnic lunch.
The park consists of natural vegetation mainly of Acacia woodland and giant African Baobab trees, with huge swamp areas in the south. Both the river and the swamps act like a magnet for wild animals, during Tanzania’s dry season. The Tarangire National Park is reputed to contain some of the largest elephant herds in Africa.
This African National Park is also home to three rare species of animals – the Greater Kudu, the Fringed-eared Oryx, as well as a few Ashy Starlings.
Dinner and overnight at Lodge / Tented Camp or Basic Public Camp

Day 3: Tarangire – Serengeti
After breakfast, you will have early morning game drive then we head towards the Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see.
We head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. We arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park.

Day 4: Game drive Central Serengeti (Full day)
After breakfast, have full day game drive in the park, lunch at lodge /campsite.
The park have endless plain which is a home for lion, leopard, elephants, cheetah, buffalo, wildebeest migration, eland, wild dog, gazelle, crocodiles and many more. Also you will enjoy variety of birds that decorate the park with different sounds.

Day 5: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater.
Early morning game drive to see also nocturnal predators returning from hunting and animals waking up early morning light. After breakfast continue game driving on your way to Naabi Hill Gate and towards Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Dinner and overnight at Lodge or Tented Camp or Basic Public Camp

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater.
After breakfast you will descend into the crater for a wonderful game drive (with a picnic lunch) inside the Ngorongoro Crater-which is often described as one of the wonders of the world. It is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and a natural sanctuary for some Africa’s densest animals populations.
It is one of the few places where the rare black rhino can be observed in their natural setting. As very few animals migrate in and out of the crater with its 2,000 ft. high walls you can expect to see lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds and other species. With a bit of luck the “BIG FIVE” can be spotted during one game drive only.
Late afternoon drive to Karatu for overnight

Day 7: Cultural Tourism to Bushmen
After breakfast, early morning we depart to the village for local hunting experience with Hadzabe and Datonga tribes.
This is not a mere performance. The bushmen rely on these techniques to survive and you’ll need to be very attentive and at times quiet, while they demonstrate their use of locally made poisons in incapacitating the poor creatures on which they depend for survival. Lunch at bushmen campsite, then drive back to Karatu.
Late afternoon drive back to Arusha.
Overnight at Lodge / Tented Camp or Basic Public Camp
Meals plan:
Lunch and Breakfast.
Day 8: Arusha- Zanzibar
After breakfast, you will get transferred to Arusha Airport to connect your flight to Zanzibar.
Day 8-11: Beach Resort Zanzibar
Relax and enjoy Zanzibar’s paradise beaches around your resort.
Overnight at your Lodge / Hotel
Meals plan:
Bed and Breakfast.
