8 Days Safari Katavi National Park Overview:

Katavi national park is a very remote park which was created in 1974. The park is approximately 4,471 square kilometers (1,726 sq mi) in area, which makes it the third largest national park in Tanzania. The park is blessed with thousands of zebra, topi, and impala, Hartebeest, giraffe and Defassa water buck. There is a large population of resident elephants and some impressive herds of buffalo. It is a great park for watching lion-buffalo interactions.

Day  1: Kilimanjaro International Airport to Arusha for dinner and overnight
Day  2: Transfered to Katavi National Park by air.
Day  3: Katavi National Park 
Day  4: Katavi National Park 
Day  5: Katavi National Park 
Day  6: Transfer to Mahale National Park
Day  7: Chimpanzee Trekking
Day  8: Mahale National Park
Day  9: Transfer back to Arusha by air
